I cannot see the submissions for one of my forms. Everytime I link to view submissions it closes Jot Form

    I checked the submission view for your most recent form and everything is loading on my end.  Let us know which form is causing the issue and we will be happy to have another look.

    I am unable to view the submissions for any of my forms. Below are some of my forms. When I click view submissions it goes to a black, gray and green view submission page and then quickly blinks off. I tried to do a screen shot for you but it goes off too fast. I can still edit and view my forms, I just can't see any of the submissions. Thanks, Connie

    Check from a different browser if possible.  Chrome or FireFox tend to work best.  It looks like your account has the new submission page layout that was enabled for some users and that might be causing the issue.  If that still does not allow for accessing the data, let us know and we can revert your submission page to the old layout, which should allow for everything to load.

    I reverted your submission page back to the old version.  Check to see if you are now able to view your submissions.
