When does the monthly subscription reset?

Hi there, 

I am nearing the end of my monthly payment submissions and have been prompted to upgrade my subscription. But I am wondering when it resets for another month? I do not want to upgrade unless necessary.

Please note that the submissions/views/payments counter shall be reset on every 1st day of the following month.
