Is it possible to merge accounts?

is it possible to merge accounts?  I upgraded the wrong account.

Yes we can transfer forms from one account to another account. 

Please note that we need the form transfer request to come from the source account. Please let us know which forms you want to transfer and also let us know the destination account username, we will do the needful.
