HI, is my submission limit will be reset to 0 based on my billing date?

as my billing deadline is 25/9/2018, mean on this date will be reset or 26/9/2018?

No, not on your billing date.

For all users, submissions counter will reset every first day of the following month. Example, next reset would be on October 01, 2018.

is there any way to reduce the submission counter? except upgrading the package?
