Wont let me upload an image

I am trying repeatedly to upload images and it gets stuck at uploading

I have been testing the feature on my end and it actually works, here is an example: 

You may try checking the network you're connected to and make sure it does not have any limitations, in addition, you may also check your firewall settings and plugins installed on your browser.
