Can the edit submission on the selected field? Or indicate the changes?

on the edit the submission option, can the summary show the changes / edit made on the 2nd submission?

To my understanding, you are referring to the Edit Submission feature of the submissions page — How-to-view-Submissions

I'm afraid the feature doesn't have the ability to show/store edit history.

We can submit a feature request on your behalf to our developers, however, we cannot guarantee that it will be implemented anytime soon.

There is a way to view the changes made to the submitted form using edit. Supposed you have already set up an Email Notification in your form (email alert sent to you every time your form gets successfully submitted), you can enable its Send on Edit option of the email notification under its Advanced tab so that every time a submission is edited, the email notification will be sent.
