I want the person to be able to select multiple in a row

Hi - I am using radio buttons in a table and I want the person to be able to select multiple options in a row if they so choose - how can I do this?

Hello - Radio fields do not allow multiple selection. You can change the Input Type to Check Box, so users could tick all needed cells:
