Net promoter score choice

Sorry – I didn’t realize I was in the posting area.
Given its popularity I’m really surprised that there isn’t a question type already designed for Net Promoter Score, where you would see a horizontal line 0-10 and have an option to label the endpoints “Not at all likely” (0) and “Extremely likely” (10).
I saw some help posts on adding a widget to calculate the formula on the reporting, but do you have a recommendation for how to display the question correctly?

We do have a Scale Rating field and its value can be passed into another field for calculation purposes using conditions. 

There is also one widget that might meet your requirements and you may consider using.
