How to save data in fillable PDF form.

I don't think the question was answered. If I create a document, download it to a pdf, then save it to my computer, will I then be able to fill it in and save it including the e-signature?

Once you download your form as a Fillable PDF form, you can fill it using Adobe Acrobat Reader, and to save the completed form, click on choose File > Save As and rename the file.
