Square Integration Declining Cards

    Hi, 

    We have a Square integration on our form, and it keeps declining our customers cards. Even if they use many different credit cards. It says "Card Declined" after they submit each time. Could anyone help with this?

    Everything looks set up correctly on your end.  One submission was logged as a successful payment so it seems the integration is indeed connected.  Is it one user who is having their cards declined or all users?  If it is all users, I would recommend contacting Sqaure to see if there are any issues with your account accepting payments.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for checking. The one submission was a Test Mode submission that went through. However, once it's in Live Mode it doesn't work. We've had multiple customers saying their card has been declined, even if they tried multiple different cards. I even tried out own company credit card and it did not go through. 

    I'll try contacting square next, though. Thank you!

    If it is working in Test mode the integration is connecting.  If all cards are being declined in Live mode, it is possible there is something not complete in your Square account or something of that nature.  The integration is functional, I would recommend contacting Square to see if there are any issues with your account.
