JotForm Feedback Button

I've used the JotForm Feedback Button plugin for WordPress on several installations. WordPress now reports that the plugin hasn't been updated for a while. I'll paste in the actual warning message below:

JotForm Feedback Button has not been updated in over two years which indicates that it is no longer supported by the developer. There could be security issues that will not be fixed! Please reach out to the developers to ensure this is still supported or look for alternatives and uninstall this plugin.

Do you have plans to update the plugin or offer some other form of integration with WordPress?
