Canceling Silver Subscription

    I just received an email this weekend with the receipt for the silver monthly service for this coming month. I would like to cancel that and just go back to the free subscription for the coming months until we are starting to accept registrations for next year's conference. Our conference will be held this week, and we expect maybe 1-3 more registrations, and then we will no longer need the service until next year. I tried to do it on the pricing page, but it said it did not work and sent me here.

    I have already cancelled your plan and refunded the last payment, the refunded amount should be reflected in your bank account within 5-10 business days.
