Log out from account using phone

I have an account and my assistant has an account

how do I logout on my phone?

also on my support@missystrasner account my clients can not fill out form.  Is there a way to review it and let me know what adjustments need to be made?

Yes.
This is the problem. Have been working on it all morning:
Basically taking away permissions and then adding them. Ideally I would like them all to be required but if it keeps giving me trouble I will remove it.
Some of the fields require email address when it is not even the promoted question. Would love your support on this!

The Second account is Mstraner (don’t need help with that right now other than on my phone it is not letting me log out for that account and login as Dinosaur79.

1) Each field can be individually set as required or non-required:

2) If you wish to access forms of the Dinosaur79 account from the Mstrasner account, you will need to add the email address of the Mstrasner account as a Sub Account User of the Dinosaur79 account. You may follow the next guide for more information:

3) To log out on the mobile:

Click on the menu icon.

Then, click on the profile avatar and Logout.
