Jotform Suspended

    Hi Jotform,

    I am contacting you on behalf of the National Drama Association of Trinidad and Tobago (NDATT) who has an account with you under the address nationaldramatnt@gmail.com

    My recent attempts to log in to the account was met with login failed - SUSPENDED

    Can you give me more information on the nature of the problem with the account and how it can be resolved?

    Upon review of your account I found that it was suspended because of form: http://www.jotform.co/form/80572325538863 requesting login credentials (username/email/password)

    Gathering login credentials infringes our Terms of Use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this kind of service, I have deleted those fields in order to avoid non-compliance with our Terms of use.

    I have deleted the infringing fields and reactivated your account.
