    Hi,

I usually just download a PDF directly from my jotform and now when I try to do it I get sent to a PDF editor page and I no longer have my logo or the layout I had on my form.

Could you explain this change please and if I can just get a straight PDF without getting sent to the editor.

We did launch the new PDF Editor.

May we know how to replicate the issue? Are you trying to download the PDF in the email or in the submission panel?

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.

You can switch back to the old version of the PDF Designer. Here's a guide:

    1. Select a form and open the submission panel.

    2. Click the PDF button and select the Custom PDF.

    3. In the upper right corner, click the Switch to Old Version button.

    I hope this information helps.

If you want to continue using the new PDF Editor, please let us know so we can assist you on adding the Logo and using a different layout.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I did as you said and it still doesn't give me the exact same layout as before and also some fields are missing. I edited the form submitted and when I go to save it as a PDF using the old PDF version it doesn't take into account these changes. I really need this sorted asap. Please help.

    Hi,

Sorry I have just realised that is not the problem. when I go to create a PDF using the old version it doesn't make a PDF of the form I selected but of the last submission.

The problem is the same on all forms (I choose the form I want to make into a PDF and it just creates the last submission form rather than the one I have selected).

    Hi,

Not sure if I understand correctly, screenshots would be really helpful :)

When you select a form on the submissions page, it will load all submissions in that form and by default, it will point you to the last submission in that form. Clicking PDF download right after changing the form will make you download PDF for the last submission.

Please make sure you select the submission you want to download after changing the form.

I receive a form from a client. I make modifications to it and save the changes in edit. Then when I go to download the PDF of that person's form it doesn't download the form I have selected as a pdf but it makes a pdf of the last person to send in their form. First picture is the form I want to make a pdf from (you can see I've selected Juliette Le Guerhier). The second is the pdf generated from it (another client completely Bleuenn Renault) who was the last person to submit their form.  1539776981Capture d’écran 2018 10 17 Screenshot 101539776999Capture d’écran 2018 10 17 Screenshot 21

The second screen that you have sent is the designer interface to customize PDF outputs. Unless you want to change the layout of the PDF outputs, you don't need to use that interface.

"Download PDF" menu item should download the PDF for selected submission. I have checked and this seems to be working.

Can you please share the form URL and form owner's "username" so we can further check if it is still not working for you?

    Hi,

I was using the 'customise PDF' menu because I wanted to bypass the new editor as you suggested. I just tried it again and when I click on download PDF (not customise PDF) it seems to be working as it should. Thank you I think everything is ok now.
