How to include fields on the new PDF editor?

Also I note the the widget field "Form No." I have on the original from did not get translated onto the PDF form? Is there way of adding this to the PDF form?

You will find your form fields on the left side section of the editor, you may drag and drop fields in order to include them in your PDF document:
