    Hello,

Is this only possible on Jotform URLs, and not on embedded forms?

    Thanks in advance,

    Andy

That's possible on iframe embedded forms. Embed the 2nd form using iframe embed code then you can use a query string in the page URL where the form is embedded.

    Example:

    http://www.yourwebsite.com/myform.html?key1=value1&key2=value2
