ACH Payments, bank info missing

    Hello,

    I created a form for ACH payments through Stripe, and entered all the needed API keys and information. When I test the form no bank information populates the search, even when I manually enter commonly known banks. Please advise. Thank you!

    This issue is caused by entering wrong public key for Plaid.

    Could you please re-check your credentials and make sure to enter the right public key?

    Also, in your form's integration settings the "Environment" option is set to "Production". If your account is not enabled for Production environment, the banks won't be displayed.

    I will also put a descriptive message indicating wrong public key is entered.
