No longer receiving the jotform emails

    I was getting them until September and then they stopped coming through. I am still on the distribution list. I have done your checklist and am now working with Comcast, my email service provider. Would you please debug on your side and send me the email server logs if possible to help rectify this?

    I checked the email logs for the account associated with that form and as far as I can tell the emails are still sending:

    Are the other addresses in the list receiving the emails or is it just yours not receiving it?  We have had issues with @comcast.net email addresses rejecting emails but they usually show as Failed in our email logs.  The emails are showing as successfully sent from our end.
