    Hi there,

When i trial my form and receive an email indicating that a jotform submission is submitted and received, it sometimes shows a question as "type a question" when it should show the question i am asking. On the online form, it doesn't appear like this, but it only appears to the person who receives the submission notification & to the person who is receiving notifications of form submissions. How can i fix this without having to delete the field and re-do condition logics?

The field label/name ""type a question"" on your form submission will appear for those fields/questions that you did not assign a field name/label description.

To fix, make sure your fields/questions on the form always have labels on them.

    Example:

I also suggest creating a new Notification/Autoresponder Email so that the updated field label names will appear in the email content also.

I hope this help. Let us know if issue persist.
