How can I embed the form data to my web page

i got a testomonial form from you guys where its says to enter the message as shown its not showing a message its just circling. I didn't want to get another form i like this form

nevermind i see you submit the form then it give's the word going to test out see if it work's

ok the form work's i had a customer leave a review. they filled out the form but it doesn't show up on my site it says do you want to make public they did it didn't show up on my site it came to my e-mail

If you would like to embed the form data to your web page, create a grid listing report:

Then embed that report  to your page.  The form itself does not display collected data but the report would.
