Hi,
On form 80704754652964 I have a conditional email response setup. I want to send TA-Email and TS-Email a responder. But on many occasions the email address might be the same. I would like to prevent send two emails to the same person.
Thanks, Robert

Let us know how it goes.

Hi,
One question,to be sure I have this right.
I believe I have to have a responder email already setup.
As you see it is set for the A-Email, and if A-Email = TS-Email we don't want TS-Email getting a responder. So, logic should read,
and if it is not equal, send responder to both, which is taken care of already with my other email condition.
Is that how it will work?
best, Robert

Yes, that should work, but only if you have another condition that will cover another case (as you noted as well).
Since conditional sending of emails work only if the condition is true.
Let us know how that works for you.
Thank you!
