Hi,
I am trying to integrate mailchimp. The form is not letting me select email address under match your fields. Screenshot attached.

I have cloned your JotForm https://www.jotform.com/83068497460163 to my account and tried integrating MailChimp. I was able to see the Email address field in the list without any issue.
Could you try logging into a incognito/private window and see if you are able to see the list correctly?

Can you try cloning your form and use that form to integrate with mailchimp?

You could also try clearing your browser's cache.
Please give it a try and let us know it goes.

went back and selected the homebuyer form and was able to integrate the
program. It wasn't clear initially which form was selected I was
integrating. Thanks for your help.

I have checked your JotForm https://form.jotform.com/83068497460163 and see that it is now integrated with MailChimp correctly.
