Save button not appearing on form using the infinite list widget

When I embed my form the save button from the infinite list widget does't appear

I have cloned your form and tested on my end. 

As you can see below, I could see the infinite list widget on both "Form Preview" and "Form Builder" sides:

Also, I have tested the widget by filling the form. Here's how it looks:

Apparently, the issue is not about the form. As you could see above figures, the widget displays and works properly. The problem might be occurring when you are embedding the form.
