Cannot sign on

    Hello Jotform team!


    Our team is struggling to sign onto our Jotform account using the admin@una.org.uk login which we have - it does not tell me that the password is incorrect, but rather does not prompt me with anything at all. Signing onto other jotforms works, and intentionally writing in the wrong password for other accounts work, but when admin@una.org.uk is in the username field, I receive no prompts. Very suspicious! If you could possibly reset our account password or shed some light on this issue, that would be very much appreciated.

    I have just checked the account with the e-mail "admin@una.org.uk". The account looks like it is on GUEST status. Did you create an account and approved your e-mail address under that e-mail?

    Thanks for getting back so quickly - I thought that I posted back to this on Monday however it looks like it never sent.


    We were under the impression that our admin@ was our usual account - the only other account our team uses is under one of our own names (hart@una.org.uk) however this account does not have the nearly-100 webforms that our account should have. Is there any way to find out the username for our account if, as it appears, we have forgotten our login username?

    The username for your main account would be BenDonaldson and email address used is mem**rship**tern@una.org.uk.
