I cannot find a specific form template in the form template gallery

I am looking for "Cheri Flaming Crowd Funding" form in the search line forTemplates, but it doesn't show up. I've tried all three kinds of Templates and it still doesn't show up (just a blank area). Cheri says she checked three times and it is there. Perhaps my laptop needs updating on something; it's not allowing that template to be displayed. Can you please help me?

 If I understand correctly the problem, you are trying to search for the form template in the Form Gallery when creating new form -- after clicking the option Select Template

Are you sure Cheri did uploaded the form template in the Form Templates gallery?

I tried searching for "Cheri Flaming" but the result is zero(0). Meaning there was no form template that matches the searched text/term.

You can just get also the form URL link from Cheri and clone the form so you can have a copy of it.
