Blank Thank you Page

    My thank you page no longer appears after you hit the submit button. Looking to fix this and get some answers as to what the underlying cause is. Form is here: https://form.jotform.com/83155347335155. The thank you page just never loads after the user hits submit.

    We apologize for the inconveniences caused.

    I could reproduce the problem on your form but not on the cloned version.

    May I suggest to make minor changes on your thank you page just to resave it then check it again? 

    If the problem still persists, it could be one of your integration that has a problem. If possible, may I suggest re-integrating your forms with all the 3rd party services your form is currently integrated to. It is possible that one of them breaks the form's thank you page.
