Show $0.00 in Form Calculation Wizard

I am using the Form Calculation wizard to total the # of items ordered X the price to give me a total.  But the total shows as a whole number e.g. 26 vs $26.00.  How can I get it to display as money rather than whole #.

You need to add $ sign in front on your calculation as String and check "Show Empty Decimal Places" inside of the widget settings.

Thank you very much.  I was trying to do that, but couldn't quite get it right.  I thought you had to add the $ in front of each field.

Is the issue resolved? If not, is it okay if we do it for you? You can also follow the screencast provided by my colleague and then click the Save button.
