I want to set a limit to what people can bring.

I created choices and the amount i want for each but i want to make sure people can continue picking that option if its already filled.

If I understand correctly what you wanted to have, it is the "Unlimited" option.

Example:

If you set the quantity/inventory to "Unlimited", the Item selection will be available infinitely.

But if you set an inventory/quantity count, it will become unavailable after the inventory/quantity were all used up.
