Would the HIPPA compliant Jot Form's allow us to build multiple forms for multiple pharmacies? If so, how would the pharmacies access their submission

We build websites for independent pharmacies. Would the HIPPA compliant Jot Form's allow us to build multiple forms for multiple pharmacies? If so, how would the pharmacies access their submissions? Via HIPAA compliant email?
