I am receiving an error message during login

    When attempting to login I am receiving this error message.  I reset my password hoping that would resolve the issue but it still isn't working.

    It seems that your account has been suspended because of a user/password request:

    My account is still suspended. Also, I used your pre-built form so I’m not sure why it has a login request field.

    Upon review of your account I found that it was automatically suspended (autosuspended) by our Phishing Detector Tool because of form: http://www.jotform.us/form/83166861450156 

    Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc; our Phishing Detector Tool automatically suspends accounts that may contain words that can trigger suspicious.

    Since the system automatically suspends it, we are not able to notify our customers.

    I have inspected your forms and found no guilty fields , so I have activated your account as well I have whitelisted your IP, we apologize for the inconveniences this may have caused you.
