Starter Account Payment Limit

Receive 3 payments??  Does this mean I can only receive 3 orders using the free starter pkg?

I wanted to build an order form for a school to order tshirts. I'm curious at the "receive 3 payments" meaning.

Receive 3 Payments is the total account limit for free users wherein you are only eligible to receive 3 payment submissions per month. If it happened that you receive payment submission limit, forms having the payment fields will become disabled until the next month reset of your limits.
