Can't login

I had to close the email account associated with my Jotform username login (smart.bucks.wholesale@gmail.com). Now I can't login to access my forms?

Upon review of your account it was found form id:

http://www.jotform.us/form/83197373336161 was collecting credit card information.

We cleansed the form and re-activate your account. Please do not elaborate forms to collect credit card information on plain text fields.  The signature field will not protect this information, therefore it is not allowed. Only payment integrations are valid and due to our PCI DSS compliance we are not able to allow the collection of any part of the credit card #.
