Change user name

    Hello, it asks us to fill in contact us to request a user name change

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We can change your username for you, before we do that, note that :

    -Custom URLs names (ie: http://www.jotform.com/Samiullah345/myform ) will not work once we change the account username. 

    -However, direct form links like http://www.jotformeu.com/form/53015216247346  will be fine.

    Please provide the new username and alternate names in case the proposed username is not available.
