Advertising on acount

I am added as a full admin user on a Bronze account but it is not showing on my account. The master admin shows I am there.He also cannot see my forms.

Note that when a sub-user is added to the main account this is not upgraded to the same plan, the sub-user will see a folder under the "shared with you" folder, the folders you create can be moved to this folder as well in order to transfer them to the main account, here's how:
