you charged my debit card without warning!

    Downgrade my account to the free account immediately - I don't know why a company would re-subscribe me without ANY notice??  You have put my checking account into the negative!!!!  WTH!

    Please know that paid accounts are subscription. This means that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

    Upon checking, I see that your account's Bronze Yearly subscription from last year was processed through PayPal. And, it already reflected on our end that you have successfully canceled the subscription on your PayPal account just now. And since that is the case, I have forwarded a refund request for your last payment and it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your account is now on a free subscription.
