Change name on our account

    For some reason your system defaulted back to the previous user that is no longer here, we changed this information back in June and today it is back to his name with a password that we also do not have or use. Remove markjclinton as requested back in June. My name has been on this account and always identifies me when I log in up until today. Why has this changed?
