Form submission: Sending Copy of Form to Custom E-Mail of Customer

Hello,

We are looking to create an online form that a telephone operator could complete to handle our customer support calls.

We would like them to be able to complete the form with data collected from the customer and send Across to the relevant dept .

We would also like to be able to send a copy of the form to the email address of the customer whom they are collecting the information from, ie - the customers email address .

Is this possible with your forms please?

Yes, that is possible.

Please check out the test form that I've made for you, and steps that you need to follow in order to send various e-mails to various departments, sending an e-mail to the customer as well( in your case).
