    Hello,

My existing account cannot be found after I worked on my form for our interns and hires... I am new to jotforms and am testing it out for my network of 4600+ entrepreneurs before I share it.... what gives? Please help. I will create another but is it safe?

    Help,

    Reese

To my understanding, you are referring to another account — not the one you are currently using (ShareWealthFinancial). We will be glad to help you locate your account. Kindly give us any of the following details so we can trace your account.

    1. Account Username

    2. URL/Link of any of your forms

    3. The email address associated with the account

We will wait for your response.

    Hello Mr. Mike,
Thank you very much for your reply and assitance.
I have located my account. My issue was I listed an alias email in my profile and the direct email to "Forget Password".
I was able to check my email history archive for my former username MamiBusiness537 ("contractor me").
Can I have your help with merging my newly created JotForm account (business) username ShareWealthFinancial ("business owner me") with my initial one created on 10/29/2018? It has the application I drafted and would like to complete today.
Thank you for your help Sir.
    Respectfully,
    Reese

I have checked your other account (MamiBusiness537) and I see that it only owns 1 form. To my understanding, you would like to transfer that form to your new account (ShareWealthFinancial). Normally, we ask our users to log in to the account that owns the form that needs to be transferred for us to grant the transfer request. In your case, since the email address associated with your other account has the same domain as the email address associated with your new account, I have moved the form from your other account to your new account.

If you have other questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
