Why location widget is not working properly?

Buenas noches tengo problemas con el widget de  ubicación no me da la ubicación me dice esta pagina no puede cargar google maps.

buenas me puedes explicar como cosigo la clave y en que parte del fomulario se encuentra esa pantalla que dice Google Maps API kei?

Buenos dias ya ingrese el codigo API sin embargo me sigue saliendo el error de la localizacion
