    One item mistakenly comes up (marked in red) and affected the quantity of all items that come after it.

    The last item was missing, that's why the total quantity seems right.

    Hello,

    I found out that one of the dropbox fields of your form is filled with garbled text. Because of that field, your inbox view is also filled with garbled text after receiving a submission.

    The problematic field of your form is the second "Select the best option for you" dropdown field.

    If you delete this field or edit its options, the issue will be fixed.
