Previous employee set up account - account access

    I believe a prior employee, Jarred Johnson may have set up an account for us with username elkcastle.  He has not been employed with us since June, and his email account is not valid, so if he did set up the account, we do not have access to it.  Can you help?

    There are no forms under the elkcastle JotForm account, so you may consider registering a new account. However, if you use any JotForm based forms, provide us with a form link example so we will be able to take a look.
