Published form shows as pre-filled.

When I pull up the form to edit it, the blanks are blank.  When I add the link to my wix website, the blanks are pre-filled.  Need them to remain blank for the end user to complete.

I checked the form and it is not pre-filled. Please provide the website where you embedded the form so we can check it further.
