How to set up payment form to make it work

I created a jot form for payment but I can't figure out how to make it work 

I have checked the most recent form you have created and I see that you have added the PayPal Pro payment field. To make it work, you should set up the integration first. To set up, you must provide your PayPal Pro credentials.
