    I have contacted multiple people now and our account is still set as free. We paid a yearly invoice with a PO and the check was received by your billing on Monday 12/3 but yet we are still sitting at a free acount.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. 

    Unfortunately, we do not give a timeframe for this type of payment. You must strictly follow the Purchase Order Instructions. Once BlueSnap will process the Order, it will be sent to us for Approval. Once the order is approved, you'll get an additional email with instructions on how you should send the payment. We cannot upgrade the account until the payment is cleared.

    Note: Upon checking your account, it is still in good condition and all your forms are working properly.
