Fill Form on Phone distorts the Email/PDF View

    When someone fills out our form on their phone, it comes back to us all jumbled up and skewed. Is there a way for the form to come back normal without losing the ability to fill out the form on a phone view?

    I cloned and tested your form but I wasn't able to replicate any problem, the signature images are showing properly:

    The device from which the form is submitted shouldn't affect how the submission PDF looks like.

    From which device(s) did you test?

    I submitted the form via my iphone and viewed the form via the PDF submission link we get in the autoreply. Is the screenshot you sent from the PDF version or from the Jot Form view? When I go to view our form submissions and click to view the PDF view, it still looks skewed: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/61675490392160?preview=true&submission=4201958222319090472. – Sydney

    I checked exactly the same, in submissions page I previewed the PDF:

    Did you modify your PDF in any way or used a PDF template?

    I’m not sure why mine is all skewed then. I haven’t adjusted or edited the PDF at all. I just view the submission and click “PDF” and it looks like this:

    I checked the URL of the PDF Editor that you sent us and I was able to replicate the issue. If it's OK for you, you can delete your current PDF Template and create a new one to fix the issue.

    Please note that it will delete your current template and ask you to create a new one after you delete it.

    Can you send more in-depth instructions to do this? Am I duplicating the same template or am I copying and pasting and recreating a whole new document? – Sydney

    Simply click on the link to view the gif file. On my colleague's image you will see he selects the delete option, that will also automatically create a new template with the default settings. 

    If the problem persists, let us know.

    I went to delete the form and then it said “Form successfully moved to trash. Undo/dismiss”. It did not automatically create a new template with the default settings? Help… - Sydney
