How do I bypass the allocated quota message ?

I’m trying to apply to a scholarship using jotform, but I keep receiving the allocated quota message when I am redirected to the jotform website.

To my understanding, you are trying to submit a form created in JotForm but you are getting a "Form over quota" warning message.

I'm afraid there is no way to bypass the message. If possible, I suggest that you contact the form owner to let him/her know about the issue.
