How to find pending submission (payments)?

I can't find all the submissions payments that I have received so far.

I already checked on the submission panel but I did not find all the payments.

Where can I found the lost payments?

Note: I don't know how to go to the Form Builder

The submissions might have been placed under the incomplete payments.
