Change name on forms

I want to change the username to VITALIA SALUD (Company name) because everytime there is a change in one form I would like to just clone one and re-use it for different sales people. Right now I have to update an existing form from one salesperson so the link doesn't change every time (for example: https://form.jotformz.com/80586490661666).
At this moment I have 10 salespeople with the exact same form, but each one has its own.

But, if I personalize the link it appears my real name (ex. https://form.jotformz.com/brendarek/dps-lorena-alvarez )

Or please help me so that my name doesnt appear there, numbers would be ok. So next time when I make changes to the form, I can clone it and use the same url with the name of the sales person.

My understanding is that you want to change the username of the account. Just like what you noticed, the username is a parameter used in custom URL.

The username you provided is invalid. You cannot use "spaces" in the username. If you want, we can use this username (VITALIASALUD)

Please take note that if we changed your username, you will need to re-create the custom URLs.
