Text Properties field is populated with one of four options based on answer

If you want to show the selection below the Drop-down field, please follow:

1) In the Text field add your Select field like this:

2) So each selection will show in it when chosen:

You are looking at a different drop down. Plus, the text I need to show is different than the text in the drop down menu. I tried your method of using the field name, but when I go to select it, it is grayed out or missing altogether.
